Workshop
This is not a talk where you sit back and listen. The whole team takes the test in advance, and then we spend the workshop looking at you. Where are you strong? Where does it chafe? And why is it always the same two people who end up arguing at the Monday meeting?
Before the workshop, every participant takes the 360indicator test. On the day we go through the types, and each participant gets their own result. Then we put the team's profile on the table: which types are strongly represented, which are missing, and what that means for the way you make decisions, handle conflict and work together.
This is where it gets interesting. A team full of action-oriented types decides quickly but forgets to check whether everyone is on board. A team full of analysts makes thorough decisions, but makes them late. No mix is wrong, but every mix has a price, and it is easier to pay when you know what it is.
The workshop ends with concrete agreements: what do we do differently from tomorrow? That is what separates a fun afternoon from an investment you can still feel six months later.

Teams, departments and management teams that need to work better together, are new to each other or have a bit of friction that is overdue a proper conversation.
Choose the format that suits your event. Every topic can be delivered in every format.
| Format | Duration | Typically for | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Keynote | 45 to 60 minutes | Kick-off, conference, staff day | Energy and lightbulb moments for a big room at once |
| Talk with dialogue | 1.5 to 2 hours | Management team, department, network | Room for questions and your own examples |
| Workshop | 3 hours | Team, department, sales or service team | Participants work with their own type and how they work together |
| Half-day session | 3.5 to 4 hours | Team or management team that wants to go deeper | Workshop plus concrete agreements on what you do afterwards |
Every talk is built around your own examples. If you are facing a very particular situation, we tailor the content. If you want to keep working on it afterwards, an in-house course is the natural next step.
Tell us about your event, the number of participants and the date, and Balder will come back to you with a proposal.
