In-house courses
We do not publish a list price for in-house courses, and that is deliberate. The price depends on where the course is held, when in the year it takes place, how many participants there are, and whether it is a single day or a longer programme.

What affects the price?
Four things decide in practice what an in-house programme costs:
- Scope. One day, two days, or a programme running over several months.
- Number of participants. The day rate is fixed, so more participants means a lower price per person.
- Location. At your premises, at ours, or at a conference venue. Travel and accommodation are included over longer distances.
- Timing. Periods of high demand can affect what is possible.
Open courses and online learning
Open courses and our online learning are offered in Danish only and are held in Denmark. Prices are therefore quoted in Danish kroner. You will find them on the Danish prices page.
Frequently asked questions
When does an in-house course pay off?
From around 10 participants, an in-house course is typically cheaper per person than sending them on an open course, even once you count in the 20% discount that a group of 2 or more gets on an open course. At the same time, you get content tailored to your own cases. Tell us about your situation, and we will work out the exact figure for you.
How big is the discount on open courses?
There is one discount on open courses: 20% per participant when you book at least 2 people on the same course and date. An Intro place then costs 6,396 DKK and an add-on module 3,596 DKK per participant. In-house courses are charged at the fixed day rate and carry no per-participant discount.
Does everyone have to take Intro first?
Yes. The add-on modules and the leadership programme build on Enneagram Intro, so everyone shares the same foundation. That is why most organisations start with an in-house intro course and then onboard new employees on our open intro courses.
Can we onboard new employees on an ongoing basis?
Yes, that is exactly the point of the open courses. When a new employee joins, you simply send them on a scheduled intro course, so they quickly get the same Enneagram foundation as the rest of the organisation. With 2 or more of you on the same course, the place is 20% cheaper too.
What do the 500 DKK per participant cover?
The material package: the Enneagram test (360indicator), course materials, a type profile and memory cards. It is the only participant-dependent cost on an in-house course, as the teaching itself is covered by the day rate.
