On the Enneagram Leadership Training you learn to use the nine types as a precise framework for your leadership: to read each person's drive, strengths and pitfalls, and to adapt your motivation, delegation and feedback accordingly. At the same time, you get to know your own leadership style, so you can recognise your blind spots before they become a problem.
The training is a coherent program where leaders try the tools in their own everyday work between sessions and return with concrete experiences. It ends with a certification as Certified Enneagram Leader and a diploma, and we tailor the content to your organisation and leadership challenges.
