What is Enneagram leadership training?

Good leadership is not about treating everyone the same, but about meeting each employee by what actually motivates them. On the Enneagram Leadership Training you learn to use the nine types as a precise framework for your leadership: to read each person's drive, strengths and pitfalls, and to adapt your motivation, delegation and feedback accordingly. At the same time, you get to know your own leadership style, so you can recognise your blind spots before they become a problem.

The training is a coherent programme where leaders try the tools in their own everyday work between sessions and return with concrete experiences. It ends with a certification as Certified Enneagram Leader and a diploma, and we tailor the content to your organisation and leadership challenges.

Foundation

The programme builds on our 2-day Enneagram Intro: the nine types, wings and core dynamics.

You learn to turn type understanding into concrete leadership: motivation, delegation and feedback.

Practice between sessions

You try the tools in your own everyday work and return with concrete experiences.

Certification

You finish as a Certified Enneagram Leader with a diploma.

If you want to be able to administer and interpret the 360indicator Enneagram test on your employees and teams yourself, it makes good sense to supplement the leadership training with our CoreProfiler Certification. Then you have both the leadership tools and the assessment tool in hand.

Who is the training programme for?

The Enneagram Leadership Training is for leaders, team and project managers and HR who want to lead more precisely and humanely. The training programme requires as a minimum our 2-day Enneagram Intro as a foundation; if you don't already have it, it is included in the programme.

Format: in-house programme, min. 4 participants
Prerequisite: 2-day Enneagram Intro
Individuals: joining an ongoing programme possible
Ends with: certification + diploma
Language: Danish, English or Swedish

The leadership training is offered as an in-house programme with at least 4 participants and is tailored to your needs. If you are an individual, you can join one of our ongoing programmes at companies that are open to including single participants. Contact us and we'll find you a place.

We hold the leadership training across Denmark, from Copenhagen to Aalborg and Aarhus, and as a tailored, in-house programme across Europe. Teaching is in Danish, English or Swedish.
