The Enneagram is one of the most precise tools for understanding what really drives a person. On the coach certification you learn to use the nine types as a framework for your coaching: to read the client's type, core motivation and stuck patterns, and to meet each person exactly where they are. You get both the professional understanding and the concrete conversation tools, so you can take your sessions from general advice to targeted, type-aware coaching that truly moves people.
The program builds on the 360indicator test as a professional basis, so you can give the client a valid type indication and a qualified debrief. With us you effectively get two certifications in one program: a Certified Enneagram Coach education and a CoreProfiler Certification (our Enneagram test certification), which is a fixed part of the coach program. And as always, we tailor the program to your company's real needs and challenges.

The coach certification is for you who work professionally with people and want a stronger, more precise tool in hand: coaches, leaders, HR professionals, consultants, teachers, therapists and advisors. The program requires as a minimum our 2-day Enneagram Intro as a foundation; if you don't already have it, it is included in the program. So you don't need to be an experienced Enneagram user beforehand.
The coach certification is offered as an in-house program with at least 4 participants and is tailored to your company's needs. If you are an individual, you can join one of our ongoing programs at companies that are open to including single participants. Contact us and we'll find you a place.
We hold the Enneagram coach certification across Denmark, from Copenhagen to Aalborg and Aarhus, and as a tailored, in-house program across Europe. Teaching is in Danish, English or Swedish.

No, we are not ICF-certified, and that is not our goal. Instead we build the program around the same core competencies that ICF emphasises. Our focus is your company's concrete needs and outcomes rather than a formal ICF certification, and we tailor the program so you get exactly what you want.
