What is an Enneagram coach certification?

The Enneagram is one of the most precise tools for understanding what really drives a person. On the coach certification you learn to use the nine types as a framework for your coaching: to read the client's type, core motivation and stuck patterns, and to meet each person exactly where they are. You get both the professional understanding and the concrete conversation tools, so you can take your sessions from general advice to targeted, type-aware coaching that truly moves people.

The programme builds on the 360indicator test as a professional basis, so you can give the client a valid type indication and a qualified debrief. With us you effectively get two certifications in one programme: a Certified Enneagram Coach certification and a CoreProfiler Certification (our Enneagram test certification), which is a fixed part of the coach programme. And as always, we tailor the programme to your company's real needs and challenges.

How the programme works

Who is the training programme for?

The coach certification is for those who work professionally with people and want a stronger, more precise tool in hand: coaches, leaders, HR professionals, consultants, teachers, therapists and advisors. The programme requires as a minimum our 2-day Enneagram Intro as a foundation; if you don't already have it, it is included in the programme. So you don't need to be an experienced Enneagram user beforehand.
