Right of withdrawal

Buying as a business?

Then there is no right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is a consumer right under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, and it does not apply when the purchase is made in a company's name. If you enter a company registration number at payment, you are buying as a business.

This does not affect your statutory right to complain: if an item is defective, or access does not work as described, we will put it right whoever you are. Write to salg@enneagram.dk.

Physical goods: the book, the memory cards and the bundle

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period runs from the day you — or someone you have designated — physically receive the goods. If the last day falls on a public holiday, a Saturday, Danish Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

How to withdraw

Notify us before the deadline expires. Send an email to salg@enneagram.dk, or use the standard form at the bottom of this page. Simply refusing to accept the parcel without notifying us is not enough.

Then return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal.

Return address

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or without delivery to the door. Please include a note in the parcel with your name and order number so we can find your payment.

Who pays the return shipping?

You pay to return the goods when you withdraw. If the item is defective or incorrect, however, we pay — see the right to complain in the terms and conditions.

Condition of the goods

You are welcome to look through the book and the cards as you would in a shop. If you have used the item beyond that and its value has been reduced as a result, we may deduct an amount from your refund.

Refund

We refund no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may, however, withhold the amount until we have received the goods back or you have documented that they have been sent.

We refund to the same means of payment you used. We also refund the original shipping you paid at purchase — but only up to the cheapest standard delivery we offer.

The Premium Enneagram test: a digital product

The right of withdrawal works differently for digital content. It lapses once delivery has begun — but only if you have expressly consented in advance to us beginning, and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You confirm this with a tick box during payment.

If you do not tick the box, we will not open your access until the 14 days have passed. You can always withdraw during that period and get your money back.

If you have given consent and been granted access, you cannot withdraw from the purchase. If something is technically wrong, or the profile does not work as described, that is not a matter of withdrawal — write to us and we will sort it out.

Online course and platform access

If you buy as a private individual, the same rules apply as for the premium test: the right of withdrawal lapses when we open your access — but only if you have expressly consented to it and acknowledged that the right is thereby lost. You tick the box yourself during payment.

If you do not tick the box, we wait to set you up until the 14 days have passed.

If you have been granted access and have started on the material, the purchase cannot be withdrawn. If, on the other hand, something is technically wrong, or the content does not match the description, write to us — that is not withdrawal, it is a defect, and we will remedy it.

Standard withdrawal form

You do not have to use this form — an ordinary email is enough — but you are entitled to have it made available to you.
