Data controller

What information do we process?

When you buy physical goods: name, delivery address, email address, possibly phone number, and information about the order and the payment itself.

When you buy the premium test: name and email address plus information about the order. We use the email address to create and activate your access.

Card details: we do not process these. Payment takes place at Stripe, and we are only told that the payment went through, plus the last four digits and the card type.

When you buy a course or platform access: the name and email address of the participant the access is to be created for, plus any company name and registration number. If you buy for someone other than yourself, we also process that person's name and email address for the purpose of creating the access.

On the learning platform: your profile, your progress through the modules and your test results. This is information about you as a person, and it is not shared with third parties. If your employer buys the course, they are told that the programme has been completed — not your test answers or your profile, unless you choose to share them yourself.

When you take the test: your answers and your profile are processed in the test platform at app.360indicator.com. This is information about you as a person, and we treat it confidentially. It is not shared with third parties and is not used for marketing.

Why do we process it, and on what legal basis?

• To deliver what you have bought — processing is necessary to perform the contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act — we are required to retain accounting records (Article 6(1)(c)).
• To provide support and handle complaints — our legitimate interest in being able to answer enquiries about an order (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not send you marketing simply because you have bought from us. If you receive a newsletter from us, it is because you signed up yourself, and you can always unsubscribe again.

Who do we disclose to?

We use a few suppliers who process information on our behalf. A data processing agreement is in place where required.

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is an independent data controller for the payment information.
• Shipping provider — name and address are passed on so the parcel can be delivered.
• uQualio — supplier of the learning platform where the online courses run. Processes name, email and progress on our behalf.
• Hosting and email providers — operation of the website, the test platform and email.
• Our accountant and bookkeeping — as part of preparing the accounts.

We do not sell your information, and we do not disclose it for purposes other than those stated.

How long do we keep it?

Information that forms part of accounting records is kept for 5 years from the end of the financial year the records relate to — this follows from the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

We keep your test profile for as long as you have an active account, so you can return to it. If you want it deleted, just write to us.

Ordinary correspondence is deleted when it no longer serves a purpose.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information we process about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have information erased, to have processing restricted, to object to processing, and to receive your information in a commonly used format (data portability).

These rights are not unconditional — we cannot, for example, delete records we are required to keep. Write to info@enneagram.dkand we will reply within one month.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with how we process your information, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark — see datatilsynet.dk. We would, however, appreciate hearing from you first.

Cookies

The webshop's own pages set no cookies for statistics or marketing. If you proceed to payment, Stripe sets cookies that are necessary to complete the payment securely and to prevent fraud. On other parts of enneagram.dk, on 360indicator.com and in the test platform there may be embedded services that set additional cookies.
