Behind the courses

Enneagram Kurser is run by Vendt-Striim ApS, owned by the author couple Mia and Balder Vendt-Striim, authors of the book Brug dit Enneagram and developers of the Enneagram test 360indicator. We were among the first in the Nordics to put business at the centre. Since 2003 our focus has been to turn the Enneagram into better leadership, sales, customer service and collaboration across Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

What companies most often ask before getting started.

What does an Enneagram course cost?
An in-house course costs from 28,000 DKK per day plus 500 DKK per participant. Seats on our open courses start at 2,877 DKK per participant excl. VAT. With a framework agreement you get 10-20 % off everything, including your first purchase.
How long is Enneagram Intro?
Enneagram Intro is a 2-day course, from 09.00 to 15.30. Materials, test and type profile are included, and all participants receive a course certificate.
Can you hold the Enneagram course in-house?
Yes. We come to you across the country and use cases from your own everyday work. From around 10 participants an in-house course is usually cheaper than sending people individually.
Who teaches the courses?
Mia and Balder Vendt-Striim, certified Enneagram teachers and authors of the book Brug dit Enneagram, with more than 20 years of experience. They also developed the Enneagram test 360indicator.
Which companies use you?
Our method and test are used by Novo Nordisk, LEGO, Leo Pharma, Coloplast, Telenor, CBB Mobil, trade associations and several municipalities.
Can the Enneagram course be taken online?
Yes. The whole intro course can be taken online for 2,495 DKK. All participants also get access to our online learning platform, free as long as you take at least one course a year, otherwise 499 DKK a year.
Which languages do you teach in?
We teach in Danish, English and Swedish, and we work in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
What is the difference between you and other Enneagram providers?
We have focused on business since 2003. Where many use the Enneagram for therapy or personal growth, we work on turning it into daily behaviour that moves the bottom line: better leadership, more sales, higher customer satisfaction, stronger collaboration and fewer conflicts.
